No, it is not necessary to have this diploma to practice dermopigmentation, whether it is aesthetic or reparative.
In fact, no diploma is required.
The only training that is compulsory to follow is the Hygiene and Salubrity training given within approved organizations, made compulsory by the decree of February 19, 2008 for the practice of dermopigmentation, tattooing and piercing, from which only doctors and holders of the diploma "Hospital Hygiene" are exempt.
This training aims to teach the regulatory requirements and the know-how in terms of hygiene in order to avoid the risks of contamination for the practitioner and his clientele.
Although no training is compulsory, it is strongly recommended to follow at least an introductory course. You cannot improvise yourself as a dermographer, and beyond the techniques themselves, there are many notions to acquire before starting, such as colorimetry, notions of visagism and proportions, knowing the different types of skin, the different pigments and how these can evolve according to the different cases... It is therefore essential to contact a professional who will be able to teach you all these essential points for the good practice of permanent make-up and dermopigmentation.
Scar pigmentation is a good indication if the scars are clear, i.e. if you are pigmenting an achromia (Greek a- privative; literally an area that lacks colour).
Moreover, before tattooing achromic areas, it is necessary to validate that the scar is not recent. We generally wait about 1 year before performing dermopigmentation, the time it takes for the scar to flatten and lose its pink colour.
It should also be noted that if the difference in pigmentation between your skin and the light scar is marked, the results will be even better because it will be easier to add colour to achieve the expected result. Indeed, if the difference in colour between the scar and the skin is small, there is a risk of overpigmenting the area and highlighting the darkened scar even more. This is all the more problematic as people considering medical dermopigmentation on scars have a real complex they wish to correct and it is very often in a visible area (face, neck and décolleté or forearms), so there is no room for error!
Pigmentation of dark scars is a bad indication because the results are not very satisfactory. However, pigmentation can be considered with the greatest caution and with a good command of the rules of colorimetry.
The real reds are cinnabar (natural) and vermilion (synthetic) with the formula HgS (mercury sulphide), used by tattoo artists and strictly forbidden in France (carcinogenic, photosensitising, chronic allergy). The other true reds (organic), do not hold in the skin.

It is possible and reasonable, but you must use covering colours. It is not possible to work with transparency, but it is possible to obtain pretty pinks or beiges, perfectly suitable for permanent make-up, or simply to lighten the natural colour tone on tone.
The term organic product is used when a certain percentage of ingredients of organic origin is present in the formula.
The BIO label is the recognition given by a certifying body. Please note that each label has its own charter of commitments.
Yes, it is possible to mention it in writing only if you are talking about an organic ingredient.
However, you cannot write it for a finished product unless it is made up of 100% organically produced ingredients.
If you want to put the organic logo on your product, it is compulsory to have it certified.
A claim is a verified marketing argument that can be put on the product label. It must be proven by a use test.
For example, for our anti-ageing range, we had tests carried out on a panel of testers. During the feedback, the term "anti-ageing" came up enough to be considered a proven claim.
