WARRANTIES

1.3-year guarantee

Your Signature® by BIOTIC Phocea dermograph is covered by a full 3-year warranty. This guarantee ensures that, for the duration of your lease, you can work with complete peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that your equipment is protected against any manufacturing defect or technical problem.

2. Breakage cover

In the event of accidental engine breakdown, you'll benefit from a breakdown guarantee, which means you'll receive a new engine. This cover is applicable once during the term of the lease, giving you peace of mind to continue your services without interruption, even if something unexpected happens.
