Day 1
Concepts of reparative dermal pigmentation
- Instrumentation: medical motors, needles vs. hygiene modules, ancillary instruments
- Chemistry (simplified): colorant and pigment, colored implant, solution, dispersion, homogeneity
- Colorimetry: basic colorimetry, spectrophotometry, metamerism
- The skin: anatomy and physiology of the skin, pathological skin, the pigment in the skin
- Legislation: acts, legal interpretation (medical experts and judges), what does 'CE' mean? True and false CE, legal protection, hygiene in corrective dermal pigmentation
Pigmentation: the techniques
- Review: primary lines / secondary lines
- Elaborate lines: filling (flat, seeding, cloud), veiling (working in transparency, tint shading)
- Corrective dermal pigmentation lines: restructuring several tissues
- Areolae / areolae to be reconstructed / 'trompe l’œil' / post-surgical scars: augmentation and reduction mammoplasty.
- Scars / depigmented spots / vitiligo / burn sequelae / dermal pigmentation of 'pilose areas' / eyebrows / eyelashes / scalp / face-lift scars
- Labial dermal pigmentation: sequelae of cleft palate / injured lips / burn sequelae
- Anatomical reference points (of the face and body)
