Moisturizing and Protecting: the vital gesture

Biotic Phocea has adopted a biological approach to moisturization* in order to restore the natural activity of the skin. This approach targets aquaporins, proteins naturally present in the skin and transporting water from the deep dermis to the surface. Aquaporin activity falls off markedly with age and during the menstrual cycle. We have thus chosen to enrich our formula with pomegranate aquaporins, a stimulant active substance that multiplies the opening of the natural water channels of the skin. The natural elasticity and softness of the skin is restored. Dry skin and the emergence of wrinkles are thus slowed.
